How It Works:

For Your Teen (Weekly 50-minute sessions) Individual therapy focused on building executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, and self-understanding in a supportive space.

For Parents (Weekly or biweekly 50-minute sessions) Parent coaching to understand ADHD, learn effective strategies, and reduce family conflict. Session frequency is tailored to your family's needs and goals.

Collaborative care: This program focuses on skill-building and family support. We work collaboratively with your teen's medical providers when medication is part of their treatment plan.

Duration: This program typically runs 3-6 months. The timeline is flexible based on your teen's progress and your family's goals. Many families continue with ongoing therapy after the initial intensive period.
