ADHD Therapy
Comprehensive ADHD support for teens and their families.
ADHD affects the whole family.
This structured program provides specialized support for your teen alongside coaching for parents so everyone has the tools they need.
How It Works:
For Your Teen (Weekly 50-minute sessions) Individual therapy focused on building executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, and self-understanding in a supportive space.
For Parents (Weekly or biweekly 50-minute sessions) Parent coaching to understand ADHD, learn effective strategies, and reduce family conflict. Session frequency is tailored to your family's needs and goals.
